Terms of Service for Ardi Gmail Bot

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ardi Gmail Bot (“the Bot”). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Ardi Gmail Bot is a Telegram bot that allows you to:

• Log in with your Google account using OAuth 2.0.
• Check unread Gmail messages for 5–8 digit verification codes.
• Mark processed messages as read.
• Generate email address variations (aliases).
• Log out and remove your stored credentials.

The Bot is provided “as is” and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Bot only in compliance with applicable laws and Google’s policies.
• Not use the Bot to abuse, spam, or gain unauthorized access to any accounts or services.
• Ensure that you have permission to read and process any Gmail messages for which you use the Bot.

4. Data Access and Privacy

By using the Bot, you grant it permission to access limited Gmail data as described in the Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and how it is stored.

The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

5. No Warranty

The Bot is provided without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Bot, including loss of data or unauthorized access to your Google account.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Bot at any time. You can disconnect your Google account by:

• Using the “Logout” command in the Bot, which deletes your stored tokens; and/or
• Revoking access from your Google Account permissions page.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms or misusing the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Bot after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
